A Free 20-Minute Discovery Call

A crucial first step for us both. You get to know what The Menopause Plan is, and what it isn’t. We get to know each other a little bit and how we can best work together to get you to that sense of self you’ve been missing.

The Menopause Plan Program

Over 7 sessions, you will discover new ways of adapting to the changes your body and mind are undergoing. We will explore how creating new habits in several areas of everyday life, or adapting habits you already have, will serve you in reducing stress, aiding digestion, clearing up brain fog, and improving sleep.

Post Program Follow Up

6 weeks after you complete the program, we will once again come together to review how you are doing, what tweaks may be desired, and celebrate how far you’ve come!

Seven 1:1 Sessions

An hour, once a week, devoted to you. When we meet, my time is just for you. No distractions, no other focus. It’s all about meeting you where you are in your journey and taking time to help guide you to where you most want to be.

Personal Support

When was the last time you had an hour just for you? This is our time to focus on YOU. The symptoms you’re most frustrated by, the struggles you face trying to do it all while coping with brain fog, hot flashes, and unexplained weight gain. My only goal is to support you as you work your way through The Menopause Plan.

  • Menopause coaching is designed to support women as they navigate the physical and emotional challenges that come with perimenopause and menopause. As a coach, I provide strategies and support so you can manage symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, rebuild confidence, and feel more like yourself again. This is a non-medical, comforting space to talk openly, explore options, and find ways to thrive during this transition to the third act of a woman’s life.

  • You will be given tools and strategies, along with the knowledge about why these particular tools and strategies, to help manage some of the most common symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. Working through the steps of The Menopause Plan will help manage stress, improve sleep, clear up brain fog, and help you feel more in control of this inevitable transition to your menopausal era.

  • While every week is ideal, I understand that schedules can be uprooted by emergencies and/or unforeseen conflicts.

  • Yes! You can in two instalLments; payment of half prior to the first session, and then the final half before session #3.

  • Not necessarily! Some will run shorter, some longer. It depends on the topic and how long our discussion on that topic runs.
